This project fully embraces the use of architectural precast as the focal point of the project. The restricted material palette allows various outdoor spaces created by the stepped massing and the intricate and delicate patterning of the facades to reveal the complexities of the project. As you get closer to these facades and outdoor spaces, the thoughtful intersections of overlapping assemblies are revealed and are able to be fully appreciated.
